Client platform data is retained for the duration of the subscription. Upon termination, Client data is exported upon request and permanently deleted within 60 days unless legal obligations require longer retention. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls with role-based permissions, automated vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures.
