This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use our website and managed community platform services. This policy applies to all visitors, Clients, and end users of platforms built and managed by CommunityLauncher.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, organization name, phone number, and billing details when you register as a Client.
- Communications: Messages sent through contact forms, email correspondence, and consultation booking details.
- Platform Content: Content you upload to your community platform, including text, images, files, and profile information.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Network Data: IP address, approximate geographic location, referring URL, and access timestamps.
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication, functional cookies to remember preferences, and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Service to function.

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Client platform data is retained for the duration of the subscription. Upon termination, Client data is exported upon request and permanently deleted within 60 days unless legal obligations require longer retention. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls with role-based permissions, automated vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
